An excellent insight into past failures and perhaps we can learn to avoid those kinds of failures in the future. I believe education is on a new trend and the old traditional structure will one day collapse entirely. I wonder though, how much of this new age thinking is being filtered through to developing countries? Would it not be cost concentric to start now, so they will not be playing catch up later?
